The clinic features three treatment rooms, a modern sterilization area, and an inviting reception desk. Comfortable kitchens and changing rooms were created for staff, ensuring a pleasant and efficient working environment. With a well-considered layout, high-quality materials, and smart technical installations, the practice functions optimally while conveying calmness and professionalism to both patients and staff.

In 2025, we delivered a complete dental practice for Dental Bay Clinics where technology, hygiene, and comfort are central. The entire process – from structural construction to installations and finishing – was executed by one specialized team from Arslan Aannemers. By managing everything under a single contractor, the project was completed efficiently, without overlap between parties, and with full control over quality and planning. During construction, all spaces were reorganized to create a logical and future-proof layout. With the new universal composite Admira Fusion 5, it is now possible to cover all VITA® classical shades with just five Cluster-Shades: Each Cluster-Shade bundles several VITA® classical shades. The so-called Cluster-Shade-System is enabled by the new patented resin matrix, which has been adapted to the size and optical properties of the nano-hybrid particles, which results in optimised light scattering. The result: a targeted and enhanced chameleon effect within the respective Cluster-Shade, which allows the filling material to perfectly match the natural tooth shade.
