Intraoral scans, data processing in (dental) CAD software and direct production of a physical model in a printer from digitalized data replace multiple impressions and plaster casting.
The materials we are developing are of high purity. They are also used in medical device (MD) production lines, as a result of which they have a less unpleasant smell. They have a relatively low viscosity and our main requirement – they have excellent dimensional accuracy. Materials are properly characterized for print settings with the help of 3D printer manufacturers.
