Melag Careclave
The Careclave is the latest revolution in autoclaves. It combines the workflow of cleaning, disinfection, lubrication and documentation in one device and cycle. 1. Cleaning and disinfection Careclave enables the cleaning and disinfection of up to 8 rotary instruments, prophylaxis handpieces or tips in just 16 minutes. 2. Care With the integrated care station ADDcare, the all-important collet care is performed directly on the Careclave. 3. Sterilization (Class B). With the patented DRYtelligence and double jacket technology, Careclave offers more than what can be expected from a modern autoclave: sterilize a load of up to 11 kg on up to 8 trays or in 4 MELAstore trays in record time. Thanks to the revolutionary chamber concept, the preparation and care of instruments in the Carebox and the simultaneous sterilization of other instruments with short trays is possible in just one cycle. 4. Documentation and validation With ProControl, you find all validation quickly, securely and without paper documentation on the Careclave display, without additional software. The processing protocols are stored on the MELAG USB stick or in the practice network for full verification.
