PROTECTION AND STABILITY
The progressive spiral has an increased pitch with atraumatic self-threading.
Light implant fits quickly, avoiding the risk of bone damage, and it preserves the compactness of the bone because a few screwings are enough to obtain optimal self-threading to achieve perfect stability without bone overheating.
The slightly inverted neck allows the cortical area to breathe and compensates for the gap deriving from the minimally invasive passage of the fixture by exploiting its elasticity. In addition, the clot’s perimeter that naturally creates will evolve into a resistant bone matrix (callus), avoiding any V-shaped resorptions that would cause future peri-implantitis.
INCREASED PRIMARY STABILITY IN THE MEDULLARY AREA
The rounded and shaped apex helps the optimal positioning of the implant through self-centering in compliance with the anatomical limits. Furthermore, the conical profile of the spiral progress, even in dehiscent areas, avoids the risk of fenestration and generates an expansion of the progressive area, which keeps it vital while respecting the trabecular microcirculation of the medullary structure (thanks to the undersized burring).
The same spiral, which starts from the thin and sharp apex, transforms due to the expansion of the implant body. That is, it changes shape, becoming thicker without becoming more aggressive. The created pressure allows variable stability, later replaced by cervical micro spirals.
IMMEDIATE AND EARLY LOADING: NO PROBLEM!
The thread of the fixture, its particular conical shape, and the perfect relationship with the dedicated bur allows obtaining an ideal implant site regardless of the type of bone in which the implant is inserted.
The Light implant has a single connection compatible with the entire NSI prosthetic range. It has a tolerance of 10 microns and a 45° conometric coupling of the collar. Few valid components, versatile and easy to manage, are present in the All Inclusive FULL PACK.
